Returns

Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date (the day you receive your order). All items must be unworn and unwashed, attached with all original tags. Please note that this does not apply for international orders.

Defects caused by improper use or handling will not be accepted. 

After 30 days, we will not accept any returns from domestic (within the US) orders. 

For returns, we will credit your original form of payment. You will receive an email notifying you of the refund. If you do not receive an email from us, please notify us at Contact Us. As shipping charges are non-refundable, you will be responsible for handling return shipping fees as well. Look below for instructions on how to return your item. 

We are not responsible for any missing items from your order unless reported to us within one month of delivery. 

NOTE: Since there are currently no stores available, all orders and returns must be done online. In addition, Lewser is not responsible for lost returns. 


International Returns

Unfortunately, we will not accept any returns from countries outside of the US; all international orders are final. We apologize for the inconvenience.

STEP 1
Fill out the chart on the Return Form (this will be sent to you with your purchase but it can also be downloaded if you click on the return form) to select your request of a return. Reference the return codes at the bottom of the form. If this form is not included with your item(s), your request cannot be processed. 

A refund will be credited to your original method of payment. 

STEP 2
After completing this form, carefully pack your item(s). All item(s) must be unworn and unwashed, attached with all original tags. As shipping charges are non-refundable, you will be responsible for handling return shipping fees as well. Address the package to the following address: 280 S Lemon Ave #89, Walnut CA 91788-9998, USA. It is recommended to mail your return using a trackable and insured shipping method. Lewser is not responsible for lost returns. Upon delivery of the return, your request will be processed within 10 days of that delivery day. 

STEP 3
Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email notification.
