Ordering

After adding your requested item to your bag, you can review, edit and/or delete items in your bag before checkout. Upon checkout, you must enter your shipping address (Note: Please carefully review all shipping information to ensure there are no errors). After placing your order, a confirmation page and number will be given to you. Order details will be sent to you by e-mail.

Products will be sold to whoever completes checkout first. Putting a product in a cart does not reserve that product until it is checked out. 

Products will remain in consumer’s cart indefinitely, even when customer leaves site and comes back later. Cart will remain unchanged unless product went out of stock, only then will it be removed from their cart.


Payment

We accept credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club.

Please review your billing information carefully as it must match the address on file with your bank. 

Squarespace Commerce ’s payment processor, Stripe, includes a Level 1 Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliant that uses a 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to verify the integrity of your payment. Stripe is intended to prevent payment fraud and to detect suspicious activity. 

Customers will be charged as soon as the products are checked out from their carts, not when the products are shipped. 

To cancel or change an order, please notify us at Contact Us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you! However, once your order has been shipped and you received a shipment confirmation email, we cannot make any changes or cancellations to your order.
